The 103rd playing of the US Women’s Amateur Championship was played on PCC’s Spring Mill Course in August of 2003.

The tournament included future LPGA stars Inbee Park, Yani Tseng, Paula Creamer, Brittany Lang, and Michelle Wie. Virada Nirapathpongporn emerged victorious over another future LPGA star, Jane Park, 2 and 1.
